Born and raised in the small West Coast community of Sop's Arm, I spent summers out in the boat, and winters playing hockey on the rink my dad built for me every year. I graduated from Memorial University with Bachelor's Degrees in Education and Physical Education, and a Masters in Education, and spent the next ten years teaching and coaching in New Wes Valley, where I developed an interest in real estate when my wife Sally and I built our first home in Pound Cove.
In 2020, when Covid shut the world down, I studied real estate just to keep busy, and immediately fell in love with the industry. In just over two short years, I've become a top producer for Keller Williams in Newfoundland, closing over sixty units in my first year alone, earning KW's Rookie of the Year Award, and I'm currently ranked 6th in KW's Top Ten of Solo Agents Across Canada. In the last few years I've also developed a network of reliable professionals - from electricians to photographers and everyone in between! - ready and willing to help make every transaction an easy, stress-free experience for all my clients.
Outside real estate, if you've got kids active in local sports, there's a good chance we've already met. I'm Director of Junior Golf at the Gander Golf Course, Director of U7 hockey in Gander, and head coach of The Loopers, a popular volleyball club here in Central Newfoundland. I'm also incredibly proud to sponsor and coach the KW Kids hockey team.
